Very thorough and explained each procedure. I was very pleased with the staff and facilities.

I was in to see Dr. Lloyd about a week ago. I had a very short wait before I was invited into the waiting room which was very pleasant. The staff that registered me was very polite and I was given a clean looking and clean smelling gown which is so important. I only had a few moments to wait until seeing the doctor. I would highly recommend this establishment to others for personalized care and a highly professional staff.

I’m very thankful for the Dr Jenifer Lloyd, dermatology facility because of the excellent care I’ve received there. The level of attention and care is above and beyond the normal kind of care usually received at a doctor’s facility. I’ve had several skin cancers taken care of here and always excellent care. All of the employees there are kind and friendly in all of their explanations of any procedure or check up. Dr Lloyd noticed a spot on the end of my nose a while back and told me she was going to keep a close eye on that because of what it might developed into. Well the last visit the last wk of Sept. she said I don’t like that so I’m going to send you to Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh for the “Mohls” procedure. They will cut a layer, and the Pathologist will do a procedure in his Lab to determine if it needs to be cut another layer because it would still be showing cancer tissue that needed to be removed. After my cut I was sent back to the waiting room for results, “keep in mind I was scheduled to stay from 8:00 am to 9:00pm”. In the time I sat waiting, I saw many folks that had been, in and back, several times to be cleared of ALL the cancer tissue. Finally the nurse came for me and said, let’s go Willys the Dr. got it all on the first cut, I was so surprised and happy I grasped her shoulders and said, Praise The Lord, let’s go and get this done. I did need a small circle of skin cut from my right ear, inside, to graft the spot on my nose. I’m thankful to Jesus for Dr. Jenifer Lloyd, because she saw this early on, and did not wait for it to turn into a disaster. I thought of the folks I met in Pittsburgh wondering if they would have had Dr. Jenifer Lloyd looking out for them maybe their surgeries would have been one layer and done.
