One of the best-run/managed medical services businesses I've ever used. From making the initial appointment, to the on-boarding process as a new patient, to the front desk staff, to the PAs & doctors, to the clean & modern office & equipment -- everything was seamless and professional. I was especially impressed with the written 1-pager I was given with my new prescription: it was in plain conversational English, with as much detail as needed but no more -- a very nice touch because, while this guidance was said to me in the examination room, obviously one doesn't remember every detail.

Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. Friendly staff, Dr Jennifer Lloyd was so friendly and knowledgeable about my skin problems. Been to other drs and did not received the attention she gave me. I will see her in the near future. I’ve been struggling with my skin problem for at least two years. I think we are on a path to clear skin. Thank you Dr Lloyd and staff.
