The entire atmosphere of the office is welcoming and “calming”. There was a sense of professionalism yet I was made to feel as if an acquaintance. I was seen at the allotted time - did not have to wait. The nurse, NP And Dr Lloyd were very detailed in the procedure and protocol…..I would recommend this practice to friends and acquaintances.
