Everyone is kind, compassionate and above all competent. I called with a problem that hadn’t been correctly addressed and was seen as an emergency within days. The physician and physician assistant diagnosed me promptly and began treatment. I’m so thankful for the Drs, nurses and staff for helping me.

Thank god there still is someone in Youngstown that really knows what they are doing, instead of going to Cleveland, Do not go anywhere else ever if you’re doctor try’s to refer you to one of his friends!!!

Jenny is phenomenal. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable no matter what is going on, and she is a great practitioner! Regarding the office, I really appreciate how quickly they get you in for time sensitive issues. Regarding Dr. Lloyd, she is incredibly talented. She removed skin cancer from my face twice, with such minimal scarring, you can barely see them.

Jenny Potter is great! She has great bedside manners, is knowledgeable and takes her time with her patients. We never feel rushed and we always leave with our questions thoroughly answered.
