I arrived at the office 15 minutes early, as requested. After the signing- in process, I took a seat in the waiting area and my name was called in 5 minutes! I was showed to an exam room by Dr. Jenny's assistant Diana who asked me what I was there for; she then gave me directions and information about my skin check. Dr. Jenny treated a few skin "issues" and I was done! Both of these ladies were so very kind. Before leaving I scheduled my next skin exam for a year from now..

Doctor LLoyd listens to your concerns and always addresses them. She never rushes you. I would certainly refer Dr. Lloyd to friends and family.

I had the best experience possible at my first visit! From the front desk staff to the nurses and NP everyone treated me with kindness and respect. They were genuinely interested to my concerns. Everything was explained to the fullest extend. I would highly recommend this office!

I spent very little time in waiting room and exam room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Office was clean.
